  1. Add your slots

Type a slot or item, give it a date and time if it has one, and set how many people it needs. Repeat it weekly in one step.

  2. Share one link

Paste it into an email or text, or put the QR code in the bulletin or on a slide.

  3. Watch it fill

Full slots say Full. Everyone gets a reminder the day before, and you download the list as a CSV.

For you

One list of who’s coming to what. Emails and phone numbers stay with you and your church admins. Export it whenever you like.

Questions

Something else? Ask us →

Is it really free?

Yes. Sign-up sheets come with every Ministry Planner church account, including the free one, whichever free tool you pick. No credit card.

Do people need an account to sign up?

No. They open the link, pick a spot, and type their name and email. A phone number is optional.

Can two people take the last spot?

No. Each slot has a limit, and the last spot can only be taken once. The next person sees that it’s full.

Does it send reminders?

Yes. For slots with a date, everyone signed up gets an email the day before with a link to cancel. You can turn reminders off for a sheet.

Who can see the names and emails?

The sheet shows a first name and last initial beside taken spots, or nothing if you turn names off. Emails and phone numbers are only visible to the sheet’s organizer and your church admins.

Can I take payments or run a waitlist?

Not on sign-up sheets today. For registrations with a cap, the free Event Planner has online registration.
