Ministry Planner does not run or store background checks, does not host an application workflow, and does not log volunteer service hours. What it manages is who your volunteers are, what teams they are on, and which roles they are cleared to serve. The free plan holds up to 1,000 people. Paid plans are priced by active people — anyone with attendance, giving, group membership or volunteer service in the last 12 months — with historical and archived records not counted: Plant ($49/mo) covers up to 250 active people, Grow ($150/mo) up to 1,000 and Multiply ($300/mo) up to 5,000.
