How to use the maker

  1. Pick the closest preset

    Elementary morning, Preschool, Evening VBS or Short 3-day week. A preset replaces your current settings, so pick one first.

  2. Set the times

    Tick Finish by if the day has to end at a set time, and the maker works out how long each station runs. Untick it to set the station length yourself.

  3. Name your crews and stations

    Type over any name. A color word like "Red crew" gives that crew its color. Use the same number of crews and stations so no crew shares a room.

  4. Build it and print

    Press Build my schedule, then print it, each day on a new page, or download it for Excel. For preschool, switch to the Preschool preset and print a second set.
